who can apply 4 PR???

First of all Happy new year to all members!
Okay this is our case?
We have landed in canada on 27/04 2013 on workers visa! My wofe got job offer and LMO, she's a hairstylist.
We have two kids aged 2 and 6. Since we couldn't arrange day care for them my wife took a brake until we figure out something for them.
As she is skilled worker I have got open working permit on same amount of time!
Here I am a hardwood floor installer,(and here in canada this trade is is well skilled) and since I speak English better then my wife we have planed when time comes for us to apply for PR that I am the main holder of application?
Do I have to take any kind of test for my occupation since I dont have school for this occupation even if I have experience and I was working this kind of job back home in Europe!

Well, it seems your are breaching immigration rules. Your wife should go to work and you should stay at home with kids till you figure something out. SHE is the main applicant.

They have not breached anything as they both have permits to work. As for applying for pr based on laying flooring I don't believe this would be possible however there are options for employers in certain provinces to sponsor an employee. Sorry I can't be more help.

My NOC number is 7295 for floor covering installer! And by noc number this is skilled occupation? I was wondering if I need to take any kimd of test???? And we thought to go throu Canadian experience class!

Unless you are in the Yukon or Quebec you're field is not regulated and therefore does not require a certificate to do the job. The employer may require certain training that isn't regulated by the government each employer makes that decision.

On Hrsdc web site, I have found mine noc number 7295 and job description .
And it says I am in skill B group! ?

Yes, you can apply after 1 year of full time work as a B class skilled employee.

Hence I said I didn't THINK you qualified. It is your responsibility to verify and ensure your noc is in the realms of qualifications for your chosen immigration path.
