who applied online for study visa . and status is struck not changing post here

As far as I know it will only change after a decision has been made or if they require any further info.
 
when they gone take decision processing time they showing is only 3 working weeks mine crossed it
 
Do a case specific inquiry or email your respective embassy
 
Guys, I applied for my wife online on March 11th and we didnt get any update until June. When we sent a mail to them a mail during first week of June, they replied on June 9th that the decision had already been made - on 2nd April :o
She could have joined Summer Semester - had they updated the status.
I would suggest you to write them an e-mail if it is any later than 4 weeks.

I had already mailed CIC for a case-specific query on 10th June but they have not replied yet. How much time do they take to reply to case-specific enquiries? I had sent a mail to question@cic.gc.ca. I hope this is the right email address to do a case-specific enquiry?

I also applied on 31 May and still waiting for decision. As 3 weeks has been crossed i dropped a mail to question@cic.gc.ca with all the necessary details. i hope this is the only way to make case specific query. Please correct me if i am wrong.

can u plz provide that email id??? i have applied on 19th may and it still shows under process
