Who all got visa in 2nd attempt ! please share your expirience and do help !

Who all got visa in 2nd attempt ! ... My documents very gud and showed more than enough funds .... but visa was rejected stating ( Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualification. previous, studies, employment, level of establishment, other educational opportunities available in India or Canada, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans. ! ) .... so just applied with the same documents without any change .... but with an extra SOP and COVER LETTER ! what are my chances .... Has anyone has experience in this !
