Which VO should I send my dependent's Passport for Visa stamping?

I am Dubai (UAE) based and have applied (31-10-2009) and am waiting for the Medical request.

I will be sending our (self and the family's) Passports to London UK Visa office for Visa stamping, when asked for. My eldest dependent son is studying in Germany and I wonder where should his PP be sent to-- London or Berlin office?

Secondly, what would be ideal in this scenario :-

a) My son sends me his Passport fm Germany and then I send all together to London (or everyone's to London and only his to Berlin) OR

b) I send our Passports to London and he directly sends them to London/Berlin?

Who gets the PPR and from where?.
If your son got a request from Berlin, it is OK. But I am sure it is not.
So the person who receive the PPR should submit the passports to the visa office from where the request is received.

I suggest it should be send as one package to LONDON.

Also, do let me know which are the courier companies that carry Passport/s internationally (for valid purposes like stammping of Visas etc.)?
