My wife is an Indian citizen and is currently working in Kuwait. I am a Canadian PR and applying for her PR visa through family class sponsorship. Question here is where will the visa go for processing ... India or Kuwait (Abu Dhabi for GCC Countries)? Can i during the application request to go to India for processing?
