which university to choose?

HI, I am looking to apply 2nd time but confused which university to choose.

my profile
bca 68%
MBA 64.53%
diploma in software technology grade a
ielts 6.5 with no less than 6

now I am cofused which university to choose and what masters degree to choose with these scores?

I tried searching at university if Toronto and found PhD for computer science but I am unable to know their system that they show on this degree info page like GPA and what ielts score they need etc.

please help
