Which tax document is require for submitting the sponsor's application

We I see in application check list I found that in option 17 in which they said that

"An Original 'option C Print out' of you and your co-signer's Notice of Assessment for the most recent taxation yaer'

what is its means?

"Option C Printout" is exactly what it is called. You will need to call Canada Revenue Agency and ask them to send it to you. They will mail it, free of charge. It's just a special copy of your Notice of Assessment with more information on it about your taxes for the past year, whether or not you were on social assistance, etc.

You need to include your Option C Printout for your most recent taxation year. If you haven't filed your tax return this year yet, your "most recent" one would be 2009. But if you're only just starting to put your application together, it might be worth it to wait until your 2010 tax return is processed and THEN ask for your Option C Printout. That way, you'd have the latest one.
