which provinces i should apply for nomination as i do not have job offer?

I need guidance regarding provincial nominee. I have created my express entry profile and my score is 429. I am working as senior software engineer and i do not ave a job offer right now. Can anybody please guide me which province accepts applicants without job offer in PNP program.

SAskatchewan, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Ontario and Prince Edward Island are the ones I know have non job offer related options.

Saskatchewan Occupations in Demand - ( SINP OID)
This program use to open twice a year this year in Jan 3 (day that apply) and middle of August.
Tip: Prepare all your documentaion in advance and be prepared to apply in the first hours that the program open. January applications was open for just 500 applicants and fullfill in few hours all positions.

I am nominated in this program this year applied in january and nominated in june without job offer, and waiting for end of proccess that waste about more one year. You need to fit some requirements (IELTS, age, outland job experience, etc) see in link. But it is easier than federal proccess I have 43 years old and more than 20+ years in Computer Networks field, although my skills because my age I could not receive nomination by federal proccess.
First step, study hard and own your IELTS - General Training with at least score/CLB - 5 or 6.

Try to consult an immigration representant to sum your points in Express Entry because you have a good mark in your IELTS if you have less than 35 years old probably your way could be EE, or check the site about your occupation is or not in demand for SINP OID.

i have already applied in express entry program and my score is 429 . but there are thousand of application in this range and if i get a job or provincial nominee ten i mightgot invite to apply.
