My brother who has completed Diploma in Computer Science in India after his 10th grade is willing to do his next level of studies in Canada. We are not sure, which will be an ideal entry for him to study. Should he need to opt for another Diploma/Certificate program or should he need to take a Bachelors program.? Need some suggestions regarding this, which be really helpful for us.
