I had completed my bachelor of mechanical engineering and i am working as web developer for 2 years now. i want to move to Canada, my CRS score is 383. which PNP programme i will be eligible and will mechanical engineering degree will cause problem while applying through PNP programme?

Honestly with your score and no job offer, maybe one. Look at licensing requirements too since you are in a licensed profession.

Chances are low. Look at Saskatchewan and see if they draw your SINP score and NOC. If your CRS score is low then so to is your SINP score. You need to be licensed too. Same with Alberta.
