Hello,

I live in Canada and I would like to bring my nephew from my country, I'm the sponsor for my nephew.

Which package I should fill:

If you are applying from outside Canada
or
If you are applying from inside Canada

I'm little bit confused, also Can I fill all the applications on behalf of my nephew, because he can not write in English and he is only 15.

Please help,

Thanks,

Please help,

Thanks,

1. First of all does the nephew qualify? Is he an orphan? If not you can't sponsor him.
2. Are you married or are your parents alive, do you have children or an aunt/uncle/niece/nephew/brother/sister in Canada? If you answered yes to this question, then you can't sponsor him.
3. If he qualifies, then you use the "applying from outside Canada" package.
2.

Hi PMM, Thank you for answering,

1. No my nephew is not an orphan, he lives with his parents and family in back home.

2. Yes I'm married but without children yet, but there is baby on the way in 6 months.
I do not have parents they passed away back home, I only have some sisters and 2 brothers all of the them live back home, I have no relatives here in CANADA, but my wife does.

3. I'm not sure if my nephew will qualify, Do you think he will? I have income over $50,000/year. is that will make my case stronger?

4. I live in Alberta.

Thank you again for the help.

Sorry, he doesn't qualify as he is not an orphan and you have a spouse. Your funds have no bearing.
