Probably Ontario or BC but they are not exactly "good jobs". Call Centre workers have a very high churn rate and other CSR roles are fairly competitive.

Many customer service jobs are actually located in the Maritimes. Call centres are often long cared in areas where salary levels and cost of living are lower. Also CS is often outsourced by many companies.

But of course you need to be resident in Canada either as a PR or on a work permit or a study permit given these jobs will not be offered to anyone outside of the country.
