i would like someone help me with this.
in 2018 I applied for visitor visa, in marital status I Choose “common law” and I attached a document certifying it, that application was refused.
now in 2024 I want to apply again but I’m not on common law since 2020. In marital status which option should i put in the application: single or legally separated?
