Which is the best Designated organization for ECA?

Dear All,

I am going to make the Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) for the Skilled Workers Immigration.

I am asking about the best Designated organization for ECA in terms of:

- Time taken to have the final report
- ِAttestation for the CIC
- Coast

I found the below list of organizations:

Comparative Education Service – University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies
International Credential Assessment Service of Canada
World Education Services
International Qualifications Assessment Service
International Credential Evaluation Service

can you please advise which is the best based on the above criteria? please tell your story with the organization that gave you your ECA.

I did my ECA via WES. I think they did it in about 2 weeks.
