not necessarily.. depends on the application.. every individual is different and so is their application

Doesn't matter if you are FSW or CEC. Each application will take it's own time.

??? It means you are only eligible for CEC, so it´s a moot question. Everyone´s application is different and has a different processing time. Having said that, CEC applications in general tend to be less complex than FSW, so they can be faster.
