which form to use to switch from worker to visitor? IMM 5708?

i want to switch from worker under the pgwp to visitor status. I don't have a visitor visa; i just want to extend my stay even if it means i'm not working while my PR application is in progress.

any one know which form to use? If it's IMM5708, would I choose "extension of my temporary resident status" for the question "I'm applying for one or more of the following services"?

Further down in the form, it asks for the purpose of my visit, and gives "business", "tourism", or "other". Obviously, there is no "Waiting for PR". So, would I choose "tourism" or "other" and then explain it?

also, can you have two different applications processing simultaneously? I have applied to extend my stay as a worker, pending approval of my LMO. Would this 'extending my stay as a visitor' nullify that?
Basically, I'm filing the 'extend my stay as a visitor' as a backup.

Yes, it would nullify it. Wait to you have a response to your work permit. If it is refused, then you apply for restoration as a visitor. Costs you an extra $200.
