I will be finishing my one year Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from George Brown College this August. Now I am having a hard time deciding which course to do next in order to get a 3 year work permit. I am planning to do another one year PGD from George Brown again in either International Business Management or Human Resource Management. Is the General Arts and Science program a good choice? I have heard instances of people getting a 3 year work permit after doing the GAS program, however I have also heard about people who got just 8 months work permit as well. Should I stick to either of the two PGD programs or should I go for the General Arts and Science program and take a risk?

I would forget about GAS. Word on the street is that CIC has finally caught on to this trick and is denying PGWPs for people who take GAS and telling them to leave Canada.
