Which city is best for a TV professional

Hi

I am doing my MS in TV production from Boston Univ.

Which Canadian city is best for a TV professional: Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal(I have very very basic French skills)

I hope they consider US degrees for jobs in Canada

I am applying for PR

Toronto has a mammoth Media Establishment. Plenty of Studios, Theatres, Broadcasting facilities and a great Theatre/Dramatics/Event's Management culture/opportunities.

Similarly, Calgary is catching-up too.
Vancouver is also pretty good at it.
Rest, I'm not aware of.
