Which city in Canada to move initially?

Hi all,
If I get a job in Toronto , where Shld I move for initial 6 months ?plz suggest some place that is cheaper than Toronto , 40-45 mins drive to Toronto, where I can get 2 bhk in 1000-1200 $ range as I wl be single earning member of family of 4 and my salary will be just 60-70k CAD...I will be moving from USA..Plz let me know monthly expenditure in that city ..I will be going to office 3-4 times in a month..

Use condos.ca to get an idea on the neighborhood/city within a price range.

Sorry but you will not find a 2 bedroom apartment for that price range anywhere within 2 hours of Toronto. You will be extremely lucky to find one below $1500.

Realtor.ca is good site to find the price range in each locality.
