Hello,

I will be using Canada Post (registered mail) to send my sponsorship application.

Which address do I choose?

In-Canada sponsorship
CPC ― Mississauga
P. O. Box 5040, Station B
Mississauga, Ontario
L5A 3A4

OR

Case Processing Centre – Mississauga
2 Robert Speck Parkway, Suite 300
Mississauga, ON
L4Z 1H8

Thanks
Elbob

Is it highly recommended to pay for the signature and send to:

Case Processing Centre – Mississauga
2 Robert Speck Parkway, Suite 300
Mississauga, ON
L4Z 1H8

Also, depending on the size of your package it's probably cheaper with UPS or such, due to the current Mother's Day discounts.

If you would like a little bit more piece of mind do consider to send it out by Courier Service such as UPS, DHL or FEDEX. Canada posts tracking system is to the say the least not up to par and takes a while for their site to update, Creating worry on the sender. We sent our originally by Priority Mail by Canada post it arrived late!. If I would have known more about their system I would have sent it by courier.

Chris.

Someone recently reported that they sent via Canada Post to this address and it was "undeliverable".

I would strongly suggest using UPS, FedEx, or some such service and send to the Robert Speck address. Canada Post if awful about updating tracking, so you will get much more peace of mind using a different service.

If you are sending Canada Post, send it to the post office address only!

Do NOT spend your Canada Post parcel to the Robert Speck Parkway address meant for private couriers only (UPS, Fedex etc). This was bad advice! Lots of people who have done this have found that it was "undeliverable"

They specifically say to use the PO Box Address for Canada Post, and the Robert Speck Address for private couriers like UPS etc..

In our group of applicants, people seemed to have better luck using UPS or Fedex as far as accurate tracking goes. Best of luck with whoever you choose to mail thru! Make sure you get tracking ;)
