Where to validate about docs rcvd from an agent

Hi,

I have received the so-called EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT from the agent by email.
I wanna counter check as the agent has told me that this was sent to him by the company and in turn, he mailed it to me.

Today is my second last and tomorrow is my last day for inquiring more. Day after tomorrow, will be the D-day for that agent.

Where can I send the attachment for cross checking and please also lemme know how to validate any phone number in canada

Have you done any sort of internet search via internet or cross-referenced info with any info on Google that might come up for said company? Have you tried calling the actual phone # supplied?
