I wrote a letter to my country's police asking for a certificate of no criminal conviction. However, the IRCC email telling me to get a CNCC says I need to get it to them by the end of March, but the earliest I could get an appointment with the police department is mid April. I heard that you could just submit the receipt of your request to get a CNCC to the IRCC, but I could not find any information on where to submit the receipt.
