where to upload LOE

I have received an invitation to apply today and looking at the document check list, I do not see any slot where you can upload a Letter of Explanation. So can somebody advise where you can upload an LOE?

You have to fill out the info first and then when you continue you'll get there.

where do u have the document checklist?

Document checklist is a personalized one. ONce you fill up all the data for the Prinicipal applicant and others, click on Continue button. A new screen will be shown with all the required documents checklist.
