Where to upload additional document request

I have received a request to upload a newly completed IMM5669 yesterday. However, I can't find the place to upload in when I log into GC key.
I have linked my application to GC key, but when I click "view submitted application of upload documents". It shows "There are no required documents for this Online Application."
Is this normal?
Is submit it through IRCC Web Form my only option? Will I receive any email notification if send it through IRCC web form?

You can send it through the webform if there isn't an option to upload it to GCKey. I've had that issue as well, where they didn't put anything in the GCKey, and I had to use the email address they provided.

In your case, the webform would be fine, though, as it's a single document. You will get an email confirmation both when you send the document through the webform, and another email to let you know they've received the document, and added it to your application file.
