Where to take IELTS in SINGAPORE?????

Hi All,

I'm planning to take IELTS soon so I can apply for Study permit in Canada. Can you please assist where I can take IELTS?

I preferred to have a self review rather than to take outside to save me some cost. Would this be possible?

How much roughly do I need to pay for exam?

What is the frequency of taking the exam?

Please please help me!!!!

You can register online or visit to British council or IDP singapore. They conduct exam twice a week.

One exam S$310.

Can I assume that is the standard fee for IELTS exam with any of the institutions here in Singapore?

Yes, that is the standard fee but it's gone up to $320 this year (2013).

The exam is generally conducted twice a month. The Writing, Listening and Reading papers will be held on Saturday. And the speaking will be on the following Monday to Thursday.

It will be good to prepare for the IELTS before you take it. British Council and many other institutions provide such preparation courses.

I'm also an IELTS Private Tutor - specializing in IELTS tuition and especially the Writing paper, the most difficult paper of the IELTS.
