where to send the BOWP

I have the bridging work permit application package ready, but not sure where to send it out?

I had PGWP for three years and it was a open work permit

on the case processing centre website http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/canada/vegreville.asp

There are two address for work permit

Note: For new employer applications only.
