Where to send passport? Passport request received

Hi ,
I got passport request in my cic .I applied for TRV renewal within Canada and now I am suppose to send my PP.
Can anyone let me know at which address I should send my passport?

please provide me full address with postal code.

(I think its Ottawa CPC but please confirm ....)
And how can I track down my address ,I have two addresses and not sure which one I used????

Use the one that comes in the passport request mail. There it clearly states where you should send it.

You should follow the instructions provided. Sadly you need that information to keep moving forward.

Maybe you saved it in your computer and can access that copy? Maybe you can read a blank application and recall what you answered?

No address can be given to you without this information.
