Where to send Passport after PPR

Hi Guys,
Where to send the passports by Xpresspost, to which address to PO Box or the Office? PO Box mail can not be signed by the receiver... Can these be sent to the address of CPC Ottawa? Which one you recommend and if both are acceptable which one is faster???

The FIRST one is only if your mailing address is in Canada and the SECOND is for those who have mailing address in USA.

Send to the first one, depending on where you residing? If you living in Ontario you might receive passport and COPR faster.
