Where to get Affidavit?

I am applying from Delhi. I am going to study at university of Calgary . My father and my grandfather are sponsoring me , my consultant asked me to get an affidavit for that my father and grandfather will bear my expenses .
From where do i get this affidavit?

You should write the sponsor letter in any stamp paper and get sign from the notary lawyers .

Yeah your sister can pay the fees . However get get affidavit of support from the sponsor.
