Where to apply my application

Hi all,

I have a question that my permanent address is of Chandigarh and I applied through chd in June but visa rejected. Now I want to reapply so can I apply from delhi as I am working in delhi and l living with my parents there.
Please suggest
 
It is not upto you to where you can send your application. It is at the sole decision of the High Commision. Also, It doesn't matter that only if you application goes to delhi or bangalore it will be accepted. You need a very strong SOP and prove yourself as genuine.

Come on RjSimran! you haven't applied yet! What did I tell you? Apply as early as possible. Just apply online, if you don't want to do that, go to the nearest VAC (VFS) and apply on paper, but just give in the application. You are wasting time my friend! Please apply ASAP!

thank you dear for your reply. My course starting date is OCtober 2016 and my consultant told me that he will reapply in august first week. :( :( :(

Whew! then you still have time. And since it is in October, the rush will be considerably less and your visa will get processed much faster. Most students have their course start dates in September.

Yes so that's why I will reply in august first week.. hope for the best this time fingers crossed
