where to apply for Indian PCC in Edmonton,AB

Hie,
I under process for my AINP, and gathering documents for the cic. So, as per their requirement i need to have a Indian PCC. But effective from 1 march all vfs has ended contract with Indian consulate.SO, WHERE SHOULD I APPLY FOR PCC ? I am running out of time and tensed.
Last night i came upon suggestion from friend, to get a pcc from India and courier it here. is this acceptable? if not could you please help me out where to apply for pcc
