Where should I send WP application to?

I applied for sponsorship immigration in Jan 2014, but have not got FN yet. If I need to submit my sponsor work permit application now, which office should I send the application to? Mississauga or Alberta? My sponsorship PR application was sent to Alberta office.

Vegreville, Mississauga doesn't process work permits.
