do you know in each province I don't need LMO and don't need work at least 6 months to apply for PNP?

Quebec - If you converse in french at a advanced level you have relevant work experience in the field of your study then you can apply without prior experience. But French Language ability proves decisive here.

I think about any province (yukon, north territories, new brunswick). I want go where i can get pnp the easiest

Nova Scotia.. hands down!

How often does people who have graduated from other provinces get the nomination under international graduate category and also how's the job market in Nova Scotia?
