Where exactly to mail FBI clearance

I just received my FBI clearance. We already mailed in our spousal application, but received a notice that our 5406 was missing that included case number and a new address to send to (a P.O. Box in Mississaugua).

So, should I send the FBI clearance doc to the main address in Mississaugua where we submitted our original application, or to the P.O. Box address indicated in the notice sent after?

You send it to the address they gave you in the notice.
Make sure you incude your UCI and App Number also!
