Where do I mail my application??????

On the CIC website, it states that all Spousal PR applications should be mailed to

CPC Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, ON
L5A 4N6

But then it states, "In your application, you must select the visa office where your application will be processed. Please consult the chart below to find your visa office."

When I consult the chart, it says the Ottawa office (we are in the US).

I don't get it. Could someone give me a clear answer on what I'm supposed to do?

You mail it to Mississauga. Once Mississauga has completed their review, they will forward the file to your local visa office (Ottawa).
