Dear,
I have done the medical test on 2nd December 2009 , and the CIC just got back to me telling me to submit the passports (Myself , My Wife and my son) for stamping the landing visa which will expire on the 2nd December 2010 (less than 40 days to go). I tried to ask them to extend the period and redo the medical but they rejected as I am committed to some projects here which I cant leave them all of suden without a six months notice.

Long story short, I think that I have to go land there and do the paper work (PR and related papers) , so I am looking for the fastest province in Cananda in issuing the PR as I have to get back to my work to finish my obligations before I permenantly resign and move to Cananda.

I have three options in Mind
1- Toronto (just because *i know* its good place for work)- I have been told it takes 6-8 weeks to get the PR.
2- Vancouvar (Just because its the best place to live on and its close to Seatle which is a place I like :D) - I have been told it takes 4 weeks to get the PR
3- Manitoba (I know nothing about it but they told me paper work takes less time here)

any way I just need your advise,
Ady

Dear on average it takes around 45 to 60 days for PR card. Some ppl prefer to apply which is hardly one day job and leave country and wait for delivery in their homeland. Delivery of PR card from Canada, as per information through various sources, is not illegal.

U may apply for PR card after landing, drop the local address of Canada where these are supposed to be delivered and arrange for courier to your homeland
