I do not have information about organizations but if your level of study is Masters, there are many Universities who provide scholarships for research based programs. Some of these scholarships cover your full tuition fee.

I don't think you're going to find a full undergraduate scholarship. They are extremely rare and to the best of my knowledge, are only available to exceptional domestic (Canadian) students.
