When's Best time to submit PCC

Hi All,
I am planning to apply for CEC next month.I have a small doubt here regarding the PCC's.
I studied in NZ for 1 year (July 2006-Aug 2007) hence I have to get a PCC from NZ and India.But I am quite unsure regarding the validity of the PCCs.
Just wondering if they expire before I get my AOR ?? What to do??
When do you think is the best time to submit the PCC's?? Is it with the application or after I get the AOR?

It's better to submit everything in one shot and that's just my own opinion. But you can always send them at a later time. You can send it once you get AOR and file number because it's easier to add docs when you have a AOR and file number. As far as the validity goes, none of the PCCs should be older than 3 months at the time when CIO or CPP-O receives it and once CIO receives it .. your PCC has validity of up to one year after submission.
