As per CIC site, draw instructions needs to be published in Canada Gazette... if you check the dates of already published ones, looks like new Gazette will be published on 24th January... http://www.gazette.gc.ca/gazette/home-accueil-eng.php

Plus there are people currently working in Canada that need to be able to submit their PR applications soon in order to be able to obtain a bridging work permit as their current work permits are ending within the next few months.

Any idea about rankings? I don't see any rank kind of thing in the profile, so how would we know where we ranked in the draw?

You won't know where you ranked in the draw.

All we'll know is how many ITAs they're going to issue, then after the draw, what was the minimum score needed to have received one.
