WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME SOMEONE VERIFIED THEIR NOC CODE !

I have put a request for my NOC verification to HRSDC but its been well over 10 days ( as promised by them) but I haven't heard back. Any ideas how I can get in touch with them. I called the number on the auto reply email and that was a service canada number. Service Canada gave me an email to contact them which was the same email on which I sent my NOC Clarification request.

Any feedback would be appreciated.
