I entered Canada as PR on 3 March 2020 left 10 March 2020 , then the pandemic restrictions hit, I reentered again 21 June 2022 and left 11 Aug 2022 .

a, Is the calculated days of stay 58 days?
b, How is the five-year window calculated? Does the 5 yr window end 3 March 2025?
c, Which date do I have to reenter back so I do not violate the Obligations? is it
d, If I reenter 2 years before the 5 year window ends ie 3 March 2023 , would I be allowed inside Canada to complete the remaining days?

The rule, restated for simplicity, is that from your day of landing to the date five years after that (March 3 2020 -March 3 2025) you must be outside Canada LESS THAN 1095 days.

And then from ANY date after March 3 2025, looking back five years from that day, outside Canada LESS THAN 1095 days.

After that, you will have to do your own arithmetic to check.

No, you have misunderstood what I wrote. Formally in law PR and citizenship residency requirements are minimum days IN Canada.

I wrote LESS THAN 1095 days OUTSIDE of Canada for PR residency obligation.

This is equal to five years minus 730 days. (5X365 - 730 = 1095)

This happens to be the same number as 1095 days for citizenship because of math coïncidence, but they are different things.

Read my first post above carefully.

Thanks even if I seem to be fulfilling my requirements, in Montreal I was stopped and warned by immigration officer not to stay outside for long

It's good they warned you. It's good advice.

Lots of people enter just at the last moment - or plan to - and then something comes up or they need to travel out of compliance and problems start. About half the problem threads here basically start with that scenario.
