When to expect first response from CIC Spouse application

Hello,
I applied for Spousal Sponsorship application. The application was delivered to Nova Scotia on June 18, 2018.
I applied through an agent. When can I expect response from CIC that they have received my application and started working on it?
So far, all I know is that package was delivered.
