Now the processing time is 21 months. I guess we have to wait a little longer than expected!

The call center agent said it's 21 months for "CEC 2014" applicants.

I'm sure it's going to be updated in the coming weeks.

21 months (from application received date) to PPR sounds too optimistic at this point.

My application is 17 months since received already, so looks like 21 months it's more realistic, but in a few months could be 24 or who knows...

Since when do we listen to the CIC agents? They're probably being instructed to say that to keep people from constantly calling back and to keep their call volumes down. June/July have been receiving COPR, August is next. I think certain cases will take 21 months yes, but don't assume 21 months is for everyone. Think positive!

June/July applicants have been receiving COPR over a very long stretch of time (months).

Well, 21 months isn't too bad if you think about it. I'd be really happy to receive MR, RPRF and PPR by June (21 months for me) this year.

My September 2014 application is 17 months already and nothing happens since AOR in February 2015 so 21 months sounds realistic.

? August is 17 months right now...and those who have done their MR and paid their RPRF should hopefully be receiving COPR in the next few weeks, at least those who are from visa exempt countries that don't have to send in their passports.

Right, mine is 16 months only...
Still stuck since AOR on February 2015

I hope the best for August applicants, hopefully you can get COPR soon.

Also the best for September and October.

Anyways EE is a option for some people.

the question is why it is 21 months ? if 16, 17, 18 , 19 ,20 delayed without explanation. how can you expect 21 months can be done.

against it , waiting 2-3 years for FSW once happened.

if we want use past data to get future image , there is nothing to expect for 21 months everything will be done.

exhausted with this procedure,

every month , you hold hope for it, it disappoint you again and again . it is not just a single CEC CASE issue .

it is not humanity itself and deep hurt people's feeling.

but that is Canada, however Maybe it is still our best choice to live .

Exactly, which is why I said 21 isn't too bad if they stick to 21 or whatever months of processing time as a service standard! At this point, there's no definite timeline.
