My spouse and I are currently beginning the overwhelming process of trying to get him over here in Quebec with me.
I was hoping to get some clarifications about the entire process.
From what I understand, I must first apply to sponsor him with the IRCC, once that is approved I can submit our undertaking application to the Government of Quebec and then my spouse must also apply for his CSQ and PR in Quebec, do medical exams and all that...
But we were wondering, when does he actually move here?
Do we need to wait to have his PR card and CSQ before he can come to Quebec?
Or, can he choose to not move right away (stay in California) even after receiving all of the above?
We are just a bit confused, so any information would be appreciated!
