My PGWP expires on the 28th, I just submitted for the application for BOWP today.

What do you think my Employer will ask for and where can I get that.

The AoR?
The BOWP application?

Also my SIN will expire the same day, what can I do here?

Thanks!

They may ask for proof you can continue legally working. All you can show them is the IRCC info on Implied Status and proof you've applied for a BOWP.

You can't do anything about your SIN. Once you get your BOWP, you can renew it.

And when do you think it would be best to tell them. I don't want to spook them or anything...

. Technically I have worked for over a year and the contract says if I want to quit I need to provide 14 days notice.

I wouldn't bother saying anything unless they ask.

As long as there is no clause requiring you to tell them about your legal status in Canada, you do not have to tell them anything. My last job was a contract job and it required me to be eligible and legally authorized to work in Canada. Even with this clause, I was not required to report anything to them as long as I am authorized to work in Canada. Since you are on implied status, you are authorized to work in Canada until you get a decision. Don't tell them anything that they don't need to know. If they explicitly ask you, show them the information on IRCC and your AOR.

Thank you.

I'll re-read the entire contract to make sure. But for now, it seems that the general consensus is "(they)don't ask, (you)don't tell" or "(you)tell when asked".

Exactly.
