WHEN SHOULD I CONTACT ACCRA IN RESPECT OF LETTER SENT TO ME NOT YET RECIEVED

Please find below the detail of my documents track ACCRA :

We received your application for permanent residence on June 8, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 27, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the Accra office. They are pending review.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on January 27, 2012. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on January 27, 2012.


My status changed to "IN PROCESS" on January 27, 2012.

QUESTION: Up till now I have not received the letter which was said to have been sent on since January 27, 2012. Please how long can I wait before contacting Accra?

Also, what is the best means of contacting accra? Phone, email or postal mail.

I suppose that this letter is 2nd AOR. Please check your e-mail and inspect the spam folder as well. if still not found. your send an e-mail explaining what you observed.

Hi Ilesanmi, my status is also in "process" and i got an email and a letter from them. In the letter, they said i should provide 12months bank statements.
am sure they will still send you a letter if they need you to provide any document.

i am Pre june and mine is also in ptocess, but i have not been asked anything. still waiting.

what do u think they review in bank statement.do u think they check for movement of balances? my bank statement has 0 balance for 11 months out of the 12 mnths they told me to provide but my balance in the 12 month is up and above the required funds for a single family.

kinda funny if you have zero balance. i guess they look for different things as pairing it with what you earlier submitted, movement (dep &withdrawal), joint acct, balances, lump deposit @ the end of balance etc. def not zero balance. just my opinion.
