When New NOC list for 2012 will be announced? Any idea?

Dear All

Good day, Any idea when CIC will announce new NOC list for financial year 2012-2013. I know no one knows the exact date but just a guess would be highly appreciated. Being an IT manager I am desperately waiting for the new NOC list.

July 1st is a holiday (Canada day as well as Sunday) so most probably either on 30th june or on 2nd-3rd of july...

Yeh I have checked the official CIC web, and New application submission has been paused till January 2013. new rules and immigration will be introduced then ... alright no worries I am already in Australia as Permanent Resident so fine for me . lets hope for the others to get some good news.

Correct, NOC will be introduced earlier but would be implemented on January 2013 along with set of new Rules.
