when first OHIP card is send in mail

Hi,

after three months waiting period my son will become eligible for Ontario health insurance end of November.

Do you know when OHIP card is usually mailed? Before the eligibility date or after it?

near date of activation but if you still didnt receive it you can take the paper they gave you to see doctor
