Hi,
When CIC creates a new upload field for your profile for when a document is required after your eAPR has already been submitted, how long does it take until the document is reviewed by the CIC?
To put it simply, I had requested an extension for my FBI PCC, which I received for till June 30. By June 30, FBI had issued my report and mailed it out to me, but I had not yet received it in the mail. I therefore uploaded a letter of explanation requesting another extension. Since then, the status of 'Review of additional documents' is 'Provided,' but has not yet changed to 'We have received the documents requested.' Nor did I receive another extension as requested, and I had to submit my FBI PCC, which I received last week, via a CSE.
I guess my question is: how long should it take for the status to change? Does it necessarily change, or is it possible for my application to be proceeding behind the scenes without the status on MyCIC changing? How do I even know that my file is being assessed, and that it's not just stuck in limbo like I have heard a few files do?
