Hi, My current study permit is expiring on July 30, 2025. I have applied an extension since my April 3, 2025. However, I went on vacation outside Canada on April 20, 2025 amd returned to Canada on May 2, 2025. I have received conflicting information whether or not I lost my maintained status.
My questions are:
1. Is maintained status after I apply for extension (April 3, 2025) or when permit expires (July 30, 2025)?
2. Based on my case would I still be able to study after my permit expires (July 30, 2025)?
